the whole point is that the Dems in question here failed to go after Trump and republicans

you had one job and you failed, miserably

you can tell it’s not kayfabe because for every other difficult vote they get a margin >1 so each senator who voted for it can’t be blamed as “the deciding vote”

in this case the margin will be exactly 60-40. every dem who voted “yes” owns it entirely
