Open rates are a joke.

The best newsletters don’t chase opens, but rather action.

If no one clicks, replies, or shares… what exactly are you building?

Not a big podcast guy, but been sleeping on gregisenberg.bsky.social's The Startup Ideas. (w/ Tyler Denk). Pure gold!

Would be cool to see an episode on Chef by @convex_dev because it goes way beyond vibe coding to helping founders serve up full-stack meals.

From vibing to cooking! 🔥

Spent 15m on @GoogleWorkspace chat:

1. Email verification for Online Appointment Scheduling isn't on by default and not incl. in Basic 🤯

2. Their pricing doesn't specify which plan it's in

3. Neither of the 3 fine folks I chatted with read my question

Things I pretend I never did: 🤦🏽‍♂️

Telling a client their email deliverability was poor when I actually sent their campaign to my spam folder by accident.

As a self-proclaimed technically inclined person, gotta say:

The hardest mission critical software to use is probably... paid ad platforms.

They're all a complete mess! I get it, but you'd think they'd have nailed this by now. 🤯

Go to stack:

1) TypeScript—Catches stupid mistakes

2) Convex—Real-time backend that just works

3) Next.js—"Production"-grade React framework

4) Tailwind—CSS that doesn't make you want to throw your laptop out the window.

Try it and tell me you didn't ship twice as fast. I'll wait.
