Post transplant cfers have a 20x higher rate of colon cancer so I get one every year and encourage others to as well!

Maybe you’re sleeping on the sensor and it’s a compression low? Idk i don’t use the libre so not sure but maybe that’s what’s happening. Could be faulty too!
