“Second screen viewing” or whatever it’s called is a cancer to storytelling. Don’t dumb down your content for the people who look at their phone. Even when I look at my phone I don’t want to be told the plot as it happens. Fight for the viewer’s attention instead of conceding!

I watched the superman BTS and watching James Gunn just go at it about characters emotions and motivations with his actors is just so inspiring. That’s the kinda shit I want to do as a writer someday, just talk with actors about scenes and moments and what’s happening in a character’s head
