Loved hearing about Hypatia Capital and their ETF which has an investing thesis that it is so difficult for women to become CEOs, those who make it are likely to be above-average performers. Great example of using our money for influence.

It's not going to be a viable option to just coast through life and just accept things as they are. Those with agency will be the ones who navigate the new future successfully.
