Never in a million years would I have guessed where this video ends up. To the point where I'm now questioning whether I should share this with MY sister

I actually think the S Waterfront site is the best they've come up with, but it would only work if they make it transit-only (i.e. copy Providence Park model). And there's a significant likelihood you'd get the wacky stadium dimensions bc of the RI Bridge

I think the skating rink is the only thing most people actually care about wrt Lloyd Center, so I'd like to see that become permanent in some way (likely elsewhere like the Morrison Bridge thing they've been doing), but I also don't think it's a viable stadium site if MLB to PDX is revived

The idea of replacing that segment with a new Union Station (this creating a European-style central city rail hub) has tickled my imagination for a while. Hopefully it will happen in my lifetime

Curious how much the Colts avg changed based on Rivers alone

I know Moses is the origin of the highway-centric urban design, but did he actually participate in the design of Portland's interstate projects?

There's gotta be a documentary or series of articles as to how and why this was built this way. I'd love to know what they were thinking

During late summer this year, I was effectively working 70 hrs/week trying to make ends meet and job searching, and I was drowning. The only things I could keep up with were cooking/dishes and laundry. Gave me a new sense of appreciation for others who had to do this regularly on top of the kids

I'm no historian, but considering half the teams from the IRL/CART split went bankrupt after 5 years, not sure that's the argument Kessler should be making

What's the likelihood he owes more money to fired coaching staffs than all the players on the roster

I initially interpreted this as you yelling and cheering and messing with their recording, and that would've been a funny thing to witness

Eventually we'll find a tree destined to be the GOAT goalkeeper

Funny how by the end of the article when talking about its current challenges, it still just boils down to proper service design. As if the only innovation this brings is the bus knowing where and how many customers to expect

Shooting over than 50% from 3 since the first quarter certainly helps!

I've seen people sit underneath the Steel Bridge northbound on Naito for at least an hour bc the train stopped at Union Station and the offset lanes and dividers prevent anybody from turning around

As far as I can tell, NFL is the only sport that has a lot of people here. My feed on Sundays is miles long. Some Blazers peeps here too but that's just my feed I think

When this came out I immediately thought of the players. We all know how much respect Chauncey garners around the league, and while I suspect this won't dramatically change how they view him, it's no secret sudden leadership changes can cause problems, especially since this is an entirely new staff

Good thing we got another extremely-high-regarded (future) HOFer on the bench to help keep this ship going in the right direction
