Some valid points, but I don’t know if mouse-free productivity can be achieved using only the native terminal. How do you copy paste using only the keyboard between different instances/tabs?

If it doesn’t have special requirements like high performance use the language you are most confident with (e.g., Python). Otherwise modern C or a memory safe high performance language you are familiar with, like Go or Rust
