I was hoping that a close loss by a tired team starting their clearly inferior goalie against a rested team would be promising for today, but Calgary decided to prove me wrong by letting out a big wet fart so far.

Feeling a lot more comfortable now that Pelletier and Coronato scored. After Chicago tied, it felt like there were a lot of missed opportunities that risked biting Calgary until Pelletier scored.

The worst part of all these stupid penalties is they're gonna lose because of it, but the second worst is you know all the players, coaches, and more vocal fans are just going to whine about the refs and nothing will change.

It's been a consistent theme through this Flames skid that they've been trying their asses off, but they've too structurally broken. Too much cheating, not picking up their guys on D, and they can't rely on Wolf to bail them out every game.

Been leaving food out for the neighborhood cats so they don't go after the birds, and a side effect is there are now at least 2 chubby possums also feeding from it, and the cats are treating the possums as other cats.
