I literally had a post blocked on Facebook for saying Portia, the fictional character from Shakespeare’s Merchant of Venice, was an “antisemitic bitch.” But I’ve never seen something I reported for hate speech get a TOS violation.

In my experience (I’ve been working as an actor for awhile now, and in theatre academia) the tendency is towards using actor universally. But a lot of people still use the gendered terms as personal preference.
