Whew boy. Hiking is so much more enjoyable when you are in shape and not lugging 7L up 2,700 feet. Only did about 10 miles today but that’s enough. #pct #pctthruhike #outofshape XD

Starting my PCT FlipFlop thru hike tomorrow and have the usual, “wtf am I doing with my life?,” jitters. Couldn’t find some of the gear I thought I know I have… I can make do. This irrelevant picture is of me and my mom back in February just cause pictures are fun.

About 50 of us in Las Vegas, a small gathering but a lot of us didn’t hear about it (a LOT going on) until right before. Your video let me know and I wanted to say thanks for taking the time to make it. We did some networking and are trying to build a group for moving forward.

Really enjoyed Australia. In the middle of the journey home, now. Left Cairns yesterday at noon and will be in Vegas tomorrow at 4:45pm… today.

Short day in Suva, Fiji (my 60th country)! See ya, again, for another short visit in March.

Oahu was fine, but Kauai…

Heading off for a month at sea (which sounds WAY more exciting than what I am doing, sitting about and snackin’ across the Pacific), and while I am not gonna bring my Christmas goose… I could.

My brother (foreground) got a pic of my other brother (in tree) and I harvesting the olives. With only ten hours to go before my mom and I leave Vegas for a bit, no time to actually press them but at least the birds will make less giant purple poos everywhere.

The phone clearly saw way more than what I was able to see, didn’t look like day time to me, but still pretty.

Basically just testing and playing around with the platform.
