It was soo good and definitely challenges the narrative that "you can't ssy anything these days".

Somehow, the second act was even funnier. Absolutely loved it. Would definitely watch again.

Thank you 😊

Race walking at 5mph is also very impressive. I think I top out at about 4.5. To be fair, any movement is good, no matter how fast or slow. It's just good to be able to move.

Ah, that wasn't me. I was there in the morning. I like a morning run. I did all of my C25K jouney on the treadmill. I found some comfort in having control of the pace and terrain. I would like to do more group things but I haven't got around to it yet.

Thank you, it may well have been me. It was pretty chilly out there, it took a good 20 minutes for my hands to warm uo after. Nothing like going around in circles in the cold.

This one's wet, and this one's wet...

I have definitely used that more than once.

Thank you. It's funny how things are scary before we try them and then they can suddenly become the norm. It's hard to believe that first outdoor run was in May, I think.

I do love a brisk walk. There's just something about it that makes me feel so good after. Nice that you could get out.

Also, I am shook that this is video is 19 years old. I don't know how to cope with this information.

Le singe est sur la branche. Le chat est sur la chaise.

Good to try to slip into random conversation 😅

At 10.5km, it was also my longest ever. I am really enjoying pushing the limit little by little and seeing how much further I can go.

I am getting to the point where I need to consider mid run fuelling, which is possibly the next big challenge to learn.

I don't think I will ever be super speedy. I am not sure I own a single fast-twitch fibre. But, getting into running in my late 30s has shown me that I am capable of a lot more than I ever thought I was.

We're going to have to keep this momentum up and maybe find a bit more.
November 15, 2025 at 10:35 PM
It's been pretty shoddy until now.

Incredible performance.
