Been trying to eat more vegan for health reasons, and I can’t recommend this cookbook enough. The almond “crema” is super easy and reusable (I used it to add some creaminess to vegan gnocchi bolognese)…

So, my recent trend of healthy eating died a horrible/tasty death. We tried Johnny Rad’s but everyone had the same idea, so Ale Mary’s for the win. That “smash” burger was NOT smashed and was insanely large. May be the best local burger since the Dizz. Up there with The Dive/Royal Blue at least…
