We took Yoshi the GR 86 to a wedding in Sonoma yesterday. I didn’t know our bed and breakfast was down a dirt road. Needless to say, Yoshi now needs a wash. 😄

Misty and overcast morning in the San Gabriel Mountains. Fortunately, the Eaton Fire spared El Prieto from any damage, but evidence of fire fighting equipment use was present along regraded portions of the fireroad climb up Brown Mountain.

Chasing two fast dudes on e-bikes with our analog bikes. Almost 17 miles and over 3,100 feet of climbing. According to my Strava upload, I should be dead because I exceeded my theoretical maximum heart rate by 10 bpm. 😄

I’ve been wanting to check Mei Wah Beer Room in Isleton, so we used it as an excuse to take the GR 86 for a drive down the Sacramento River. We’ll be back for sure!
