yeah, and realistically that's the bulk of software work.
I think there's parallels with engineering and the rise of CAD/sims, but I wasn't around in that era to be sure of that.

nah, unforch it's real. I've noticed a step change in the ability of llm coding. Still plenty of oversight needed but it's genuinely reached junior dev level imo. I hate it.
