Which shouldn't be the case. I don't think any community should feel obligated to protect anyone, especially if they are harmful to said community. Kicking problematic people to the curb should be normalized. Saw similar issues around Caitlynn Jenner when she went full Conservative.

I think that may be part of it. People do have short memories when it comes to drama or bad behavior online. I think that a misplaced sense of solidarity is also to blame though. Like because she's Trans other Trans people feel obligated to keep her around.

I heard the Warhammer episode was pretty good, but tbf that's Warhammer.

Yeah, her. I initially supported them too then saw what a pos they were as time went on and it just left a bad taste in my mouth.

Also not the first time they've platformed or defended racism now that I think about it. Another Trans content creator got in hot water with the POC community that was friends with Nyara and Nyara doubled down, gave a non-apology and bashed anyone that called her out for it. Was an Ana something.

From what I've seen of Nyara they represent the Trans community in the same way Kanye West represents the POC community.

This doesn't surprise me one bit.

Nyara has unfortunately been rather problematic for quite a while. I used to watch them because it initially felt I would be able to actually learn something constructive about LGBTQIA issues and it turns out 90% of their content is bad takes, drama and reaction type stuff.

It looks like the talent get to keep their IPs. Phew. I would probably have a hard time tracking down of my favorites if they got new models. ❤️ Still get to see my other favorite doggo aviator.
