A truly fantastic piece Ramon, I enjoyed the exchange enormously and argued back for the need to rescue intelligence from anti-human AI, it’s too important a notion to both human and non-human interactions with the world - see this rejoinder hdsr.mitpress.mit.edu/pub/c5hq3by1.... #philsci

The location is unparalleled at the just renovated Botanical Gardens with their illustrious history.. I look forward to this and am so thankful to colleagues from the library of the University of Padova for organising all this!

These are exciting and innovative activities that could model similar others elsewhere, but like all new things, we need a bit of support to make them happen… for those who offer 50-100 euros, we have an amazing set of T-shirts and sweaters to give away as a thank you 🙏

What do we do with the money? In Bologna, we work with civil society & public institutions to ensure the Digital Twin is responsive to citizen needs; in Modena, we are launching a project on citizen experiences of local green spaces, involving story-telling about fireflies & cicadas (more soon!!)

Even just the cost of a coffee would help us enormously! And a bigger donation gets you a really lovely T-shirt or sweater 😊

Help us to build a better world from the bottom up 🌍🌳🐝 - via collaborations across #philsci, #sts, civic society, tech, public admin and all who want to contribute!
