I would give it another watch so I can see it with the perspective of having already seen it whole.

I certainly didn't feel the "magic" like the first movie, but I'm wondering now, since it came out almost 10 years later, if they're making a trend of doing mature themes in the sequels for kids who are growing into a new mindset of adolescence.

I appreciate some of the later movies (like fro2) inserting some heavy emotional themes in there. I think I was expecting a kiddie ride and not expecting to get all in my emotions as an adult so I think that's kinda nice.
