I lived for a whole summer in Ghanna. The food was generally great and I’m an adventurous foodie. There were a few foods that were very difficult for me. Got my hands on a local cookbook and some recipes called for “stale fish” or milk that had turned. It was TOUGH eating those dishes.

Not for nothing but Article 1, Section 8 of the Constitution embues Congress, and only Congress, with the ability to name or rename a cabinet department. You can put up whatever sign you want but the department is still officially the Department of Defense until Congress passes a statue renaming it.
