I also don't think you can go to the Big 10 and create this type of agreement. I don't think there is nearly the same amount of bargaining power you have with the ACC.

Am I upset they are declining the POP TART BOWL? ABSOLUTELY. Would I be upset if it was ANY other bowl? Not at all. Number of those kids are expecting to get drafted, there's NIL involved, no thanks.
