Several questions have been raised in the aftermath of Richmond's recent, widespread water crisis -- many of which city officials have been unable to answer.

Yesterday, the Virginia House of Delegates advanced three proposed constitutional amendments -- they deal with abortion access, marriage equality and a felon's right to vote.
