There is exactly 0 misconduct in saying do not follow illegal orders. Soldiers sit in and give training regularly that says exactly this. Think we spent a full day on it in PLDC as I recall.

The ones who inherited economic messes were Obama and Biden. Both of which managed to turn the ship around and (mostly) fix things. Trump by comparison inherited previously well-oiled machines and screwed them up.

We didn’t “deport” them to El Salvador. We sent them to a foreign prison despite them not having been convicted of a crime.
How is this not illegal? By what authority can we ‘deport’ people to 3rd party foreign prisons to be held indefinitely?
