What do you think of the buy and sell strategy? I feel like there are a few moves that could be made that would still allow a chance to make a run this year but more focused on improving next year and beyond

We don't have much unfortunately. Murphy's Smokin Meats is good but their sauce isn't. Hank & Aces can be really good or really bad depending on the day. Big Daddy's I've heard is good but haven't tried it myself. Murphy and Hank & Aces both have weird days/hours
