Looking at terminated awards to state health departments on the HHS TAGGS database (from @jeremymberg.bsky.social's dashboard). I excluded 'Univ' in search, leaving mostly CDC/SAMHSA awards. Florida has had the most funding stripped, but normalized per capita North Dakota has lost >$200 per person.
