I'll never understand the video-focused way people consume content these days. For me, if I have to turn my sound on or it's more than 10 seconds, it's pretty much a deal-breaker 🙅♂️

I’m so used to swimming at the further away gym with no kids, where the quiet lap pool is just 3 lanes and it’s usually empty. They’re having heater issues, so today I swam at the closer gym with many kids, and it was definitely a sensory overload situation 😵💫

A nice late-afternoon venti quad latte gave me the boost I needed to at least get thru some more of my to-do list ☕️
I had big plans to go to the gym today (and by big I mean completely average), but became ensnared in a nap and am now too groggy 😴

Made a quick trip to Toledo and back today to hang with the Ohio Young Dems 💙🇺🇸 and make a quick side trip to the University of Toledo for a lab tour 🧪🚀. None of the official group pics and whatnot are on my phone, so those will get posted when they get posted 🤷🏻♂️. Nice little day trip!

Sometimes you know there's no way you're making it to the gym on cardio day, and so there's no other option than to play Just Dance 2024 in your underwear. It's just the way it is.
