Nobody in my agency can be rated higher than a 3 out of 5. We assume they want to eliminate more government employees, and "decline in performance" is one way to justify firing people.

I agree that Trump seems to have a "floor" in polling averages at around 35 percent. The GOP won't abandon him unless he goes below that.

The article mixes up the term small scale and large scale. The Mercator projection is most accurate at a large scale. It preserves direction, and is very good with distance and area when zoomed in.
