Victoire Ingabire was convicted of genocide denial and collaboration with the FDLR. Sentenced to 15 yrs, she was subsequently granted a presidential pardon. Far from being a legitimate political opposition figure, she remains a criminal whose actions and rhetoric are steeped in genocidal ideology.
