What do you mean? Obama campaigned heavily on fixing issues with the healthcare system, he won with 360+ evs and the gov made good fixes to the healthcare system (ACA.) But things are still screwed up and so we need to keep fixing it.

Isn't that kind of the point? 'fixing healthcare' has become depoliticized but it is a motivating factor for many people. It should be brought back into the fold as a major issue the political parties propose solutions to (and then enact those solutions.)
