100% and so many of them have not done the work, the introspection, to even realize they’re prejudiced. So many of them would argue and say they aren’t. That it was about the economy. My ass it was. My ass. It was about their prejudice and nothing more. People need to work out their baggage/garbage.

Amen. We need to revisit basic values like morality and courage and kindness and I’m not talking about going to church because Lord knows the churches are failing us miserably. It’s a lack of investment in families and a huge deference to corporations bordering on worship that has gotten us here.

It’s all so foolish and misguided. I am wondering if most people have always been so gullible or hateful or fear-based - whatever drives these movements? Have I been in a kinder/gentler bubble? Idk. I just can’t relate at all and feel at a loss to effectively combat it even in my own family.

The only option left in mainstream cable/streaming news is MSNOW. CNN has declined so sharply with the ownership shuffle that I can barely watch it anymore. It used to be on at my home all waking hours. I will stop & watch if it’s Bash or Collins now. That’s it. So sad & scary. Terrifying really.

I don’t think he knows what a garden is. He can hardly say “groceries”. He thinks food comes from a kitchen made by a chef e.v.e.r.y single meal. It’s magic.

He couldn’t possibly have appointed less qualified nut jobs for the most important positions in our govt than he did. It’s like watching a clown car empty out every time they’re on air. But it’s not funny. It’s absolutely tragic. And people are dying bc these greedy idiots are ruining everything.

I went to UPS to mail some returns yesterday (full of dread) fully expecting a long line and to my surprise it was a ghost town. Same for the one retail store I went to. Two weeks before Christmas on a Saturday afternoon and nobody was out and about. I think this affordability “hoax” could be real.

Somehow they’ve all appointed themselves judge, jury, and executioner. We are not at war and, in any case, selling drugs is not punishable by death in any state in the union. There is no defense or justification for this. None. Every last participant in every last attack needs to go to prison.

I don’t know how they sleep at night. All they had to do in any of these cases was issue a warning, approach, capture, and retain for investigation and due process. The fact that apparently NO ONE down the chain of command has refused to participate or carry out these murders is absolutely chilling.

MSNOW showed a Hegseth post the other night. It was an AI rendered cartoon turtle leaning out of a helicopter shooting at boats with a bazooka. To the left of the post was his profile snippet, “Christian, Husband, etc., etc…” The irony is astounding, but he doesn’t even get that. None of them do.

That’s what jumps out at me the most about republicans. They simply cannot mind their own damn business. They have to tell everyone else what to do with their healthcare, their marriages, their everything that has absolutely nothing to do with them but you must confirm to their tiny ideas or this.
