i've been having weird dreams - upsetting ones, most of the time - since late September and my emotional and mental wellbeing has dropped significantly since then. Knowing it hasn't helped, either, and i wonder if that is the reason for my 'upset'

the chosen one and that which comes after, they sound gooood

feel ya, it's been a heavy month for me too, and I'm not sure why, but think i've had a couple of nice days where i didn't feel like 'leaving the building'
