Always trying to clear the never-ending backlog and the MiSTer only made it worse.

Huge fan of visual novels, survival horror, JRPGs, Gundam, and Kamen Rider.
- The gameplay seems to take quite a few cues from Bayonetta and that's another Platinum game I didn't care for...(Do I just not like Kamiya's games post-Okami?)

- The visual aesthetic invoking Viewtiful Joe is fun, it's like the Super Sentai to VJ's Kamen Rider. I found legally distinct Silvia as one of the Wonderful Ones. It even had Ukemi as an ability!

Game I Dropped #1

The Wonderful 101 (Wii U)

Maybe this one isn't for me.

It was a struggle to figure out how the game works. Once I grasped the combat, the game introduced setpieces that lacked signposting on where or what to do that had me desperately looking for the fun factor as it went on.

Playing it without a guide back then before I had internet access and using up all of my Holy Bottles was traumatizing.

The big issue with the original was the encounter rate being atrociously bad coupled with the Aethersphere sections being less distinct compared to the PS2's.

That final dungeon is my least favorite dungeon out of any RPG I've played. I was surprised playing DC that it was just as bad as the original on PSX.

Manga #1

Rosario Vampire

One of the series I read as a teenager but never finished. It was entertaining, I think it was at its best when the focus was on the high school but towards the end it shifts away to focus on the battles which were still fun to read.

I really hope the NPC interactions in Prime 4 only make up for less than 10% of the game.

I don't want Donald Duck telling Samus that this might be a good spot to find some ingredients.

Just watched the first 3 videos, treating Unite Morph drawings as fighting game inputs and using the Team Attack as a lock-on that automatically close the distance with Unite Morphs is a game changer!
