Such people usually spread false news and false assumptions to everyone and create false scenario and circumstances and ask everyone to believe and wait and watch and see. They are simply doing this to hide that they are incapable of doing that, so to hide that they have to create false scenarios.

and don't you feel gross by listening to such people. These are personal way of organizing your work and doing the same. I said, do i know what you are doing on your side?, and if i don't then in what capacity you have the right to make an assumption for me.

You can do everything in RUST 🦀 and Burn 🔥 a spare matrix approach to classify variant associated sequences and now coding a associated graph attention on the same in a different crate and a different approach and method. I write RUST 🦀 5-8 hours daily without any language agents.

Yesterday finished coding the encoder and pushed the commit. A totally different way of using sparse matrix association for the classification of variant associated sequences. This is for all genomes including pan genomes. Conceptualized and wrote the conceptual algorithm and then coded.

need and if you don’t say, you don’t get. So those who say in the name if the fake AI that people can understand without talking, noticing everything, establishing unnecessary assumptions and associations are entirely misguiding you as when you will ask them to approach in reality, they don’t do.

Final version just pushed and now it does the classification model on entire population and you can then use that for another population. Both the classification on entire dataset and also on selected variant for a entire population.

I was asked in one interview about what are your views on forcing personal relationships or relations made through force, money or by creating wrong situations. I just replied those are completely wrong as you cant gain respect in that relationship. Imagine you took AI, ghosting or money or power

Why this as I have worked on this previously and developed the software for the same and hence i came up with this idea as how can i enable a feature engineering approach to learn from the already annotation and develop a machine learning classifier for the same.

A totally different approach and specific for the variant files from the annotation as by using the annotated variant, this will build a model so that next time you gave a annotation, you can check that against specific population to see the variant is true or not across that population.

and misguide others and ask them to take wrong measures, suppress who is doing right and promote who is doing wrong and disturb so many others. You can waste your whole life on listening such irrelevant assumptions and associations and in the end it will result in nothing?. So think was it worth?.

It will use directed graphs using neo4j bsky.app/profile/neo4... and graph neural machine and deep learning coming from RUST 🦀🔥 and Burn and tch.
Thats a very good point. I don’t have a idea about that but tomorrow i am releasing a new crate for fungal and others which can separate sequences into a 3D dimensional space like UMAP. I previously used a torch text based and it worked well but now i am implementing a sequential neural pathway.
