I’ve been making this recipe for the past two weeks. Doesn’t necessarily need an instant pot, either. It’s pretty cheap, can pick up all the ingredients at Kroger for like $10 and it gives me a week’s worth of dinners
An ingredients list for the recipe: _1 Tbsp canola oil _ 8 oz (1/2 lb) white button mushrooms, chopped _1/2 tsp kosher salt _ 1/2 tsp black pepper _ 8 oz uncooked orecchiette pasta (or other pasta of your choice) _ 1 and 3/4 cups water _ 5 oz fresh spinach _ 1/2 cup pesto _ 1/3 cup grated mozzarella cheese or parmesan cheese (optional) Turn your Instant Pot to the saute function. While it heats up, chop up your mushrooms. When the display reads HOT add in your oil. Then add in your mushrooms, salt and pepper and saute for about 5 minutes. Add in your pasta and water. Cover and secure the lid into place. Make sure valve is set to sealing. Set the manual/pressure cook button to 5 minutes (if cooking with another type of pasta read my note below). When the time is up move the valve to venting. Remove the lid. Stir in the spinach. And then stir in the pesto and cheese. If there is too much liquid you can use a cornstarch slurry to thicken the sauce by mixing 1 Tbsp of cornstarch with 1 Tbsp of water and then stirring the mixture into the pot. To determine how long to cook your choice of pasta look at the back of the box. If the recipe reads boil for 12 minutes you will divide that number by 2 and subtract 1. So for 12 minutes on the stove it would be 5 minutes in the Instant Pot. Thin spaghetti will take less time and more hearty noodles like these orecchiette will take longer.

Later purchased in August of that year were Rogue Squadron 3D and Knights of the Ild Republic. Aside from more $20 credits, the other games I purchased up until April of 2017 were the Lucasarts Jedi Knight bundle, Knights of the Old Republic 2: The Sith Lords, and Undertale.

An almost stick figure person in what I can only assume is a turtleneck with a VERY long neck - long enough to cover the mouth - a beanie, and pants pokes the logo for the National Rifle Association with a stick while saying “C’mon, do a Resist Tyranny”. It’s funny because the NRA supports a tyrant despite all their nonsense about the Second Amendment existing for the purpose of American citizens potentially needing to fight a tyrant one day. Basically, the Second Amendment should be abolished.

As a Parsi Zoroastrian, today’s news elicits several emotions from me - in addition to the usual rage, dismay, and sadness. There’s a poem that my mother sent me, which I would like to share with all of you.
This is so well composed, that I had to forward it to a few of you who are not Parsis, together with my Parsi connections. Because the land I love is breaking - again. Not just in body, but in spirit. And how much can a soul endure before even memory begins to bleed? Iran - not just a country, but the long shadow of something eternal: Persia. A land of fire and poetry, of wisdom that shaped the ancient world, of queens and mystics, of stone-carved empires and soul-carved truths. And yet - And yet - from Alexander's torch to the Arab sword, they came, one by one, to dim her light. To break her libraries, silence her language, and bury her gods beneath dust and decree. But Persia did not vanish. She whispered through gardens and ghazals. She burned in the Avesta and flickered in every flame kept alive in exile. Even as empires fell, her essence endured - quiet, wounded, and proud. But now, I wonder: how long can a heart beat under boots? How long can a soul sing when even silence is punished? Rakhsh has been my faithful companion and steed for over two millennia... still rides as fast as lightning and fights as fiercely as any lion or dragon.

Pro: will cook you delicious Indian food and parsi dishes that you’ve probably never tasted before and likely won’t be able to find at any restaurant in your country.
Con: Actually doesn’t cook all often for himself actually, and could use a bigger kitchen with more… everything.
