Cataloging progress continuing a 95% carnivore diet. Getting trimmer and starting to see what's been hiding under my fat all these years. 190 lbs

2nd month of a carnivore-style diet. Down to 185 lbs from 220 lbs.

Time to break a fast like a doggo...with chorizo and eggs. It only accidentally looks like dog food!
