Appreciate Josh Hutcherson helping spotlight what our campaign is fighting for. Putting people ahead of corporate money is the only way we fix what’s broken in our government. #cleveland4MT_01 #Cleveland4Congress #MT01 #MTPol #EndDarkMoney #PeopleOverProfits #CoachRuss
I’m grateful for the folks across Montana who are stepping up and speaking out.

Thank you to Christopher J. Morigeau of Missoula for taking the time to write this letter and share why he’s supporting our campaign. It means a lot to me and my family.

When my daughter Melia was sick, one of her medications cost $10,000 per month.

Even with insurance, we had to fight denial after denial just to get the care she needed. This is what families are up against.

Healthcare should never depend on your job, your zip code, or your bank account.

It should never come down to luck. And it should never put families in debt just for staying alive.

Zinke talks a lot about leadership, but his voting record tells a different story. From opposing extensions of ACA premium subsidies to supporting Medicaid cuts & resisting cost-lowering reforms, his votes have helped keep healthcare expensive & out of reach for Montana families.

After over 32,000 miles driven all across Western Montana, one thing is clear: our healthcare system is broken, and families are being forced to make impossible choices just to get by. I know that because I’ve had to navigate it myself.

Montana doesn’t need another politician who talks at people. It needs leaders who listen.

I’m a Montanan, a dad, a coach, a veteran, and a small business owner, and I want to hear directly from you.

Join me in Butte on Sat, Jan 17 for an honest conversation over a cold one.

Small business owners want to do right by their employees. But skyrocketing healthcare costs make it harder every year to offer coverage, grow, or even stay open.

Friday was spent on the road with stops in St. Regis, Butte, Ennis & Bozeman. We had great conversations in Butte & at Tap Talk at Burnt Tree Brewing, & recorded ButteCast with Bill Foley. Everywhere we went, we met people who were ready for change & ready to be heard.

When it came time to stand up for Montanans, Ryan Zinke failed again. 17 Republicans crossed party lines to do what was right. Ryan Zinke voted no, again. Montana families deserve a representative who will put people over politics. That's why I’m running.

It’s time for change.

Childcare is the backbone of affordability. When it breaks, families break with it.

The Trump administration just froze $10 BILLION in federal childcare funding over so-called fraud claims.

That should make every parent furious.

Families aren’t struggling because they’re careless.

They’re struggling because housing costs keep rising, groceries cost more every month, and then one medical bill can knock everything over.

Traveling around our district and meeting people is what I love. This time in Stevensville.

Join me for coffee and a relaxed conversation. It’s a chance to get to know me, share what’s on your mind, and be part of the kind of listening that actually moves us forward.

Russ will join the Missoula County Democrats Central Committee meeting following Jeff Mangan’s overview of the Transparent Election Initiative. Different efforts, same goal: transparency, accountability, and getting money out of politics. Come listen and learn.

No Speeches. No pressure. Just honest conversation. I'm Russ Cleveland & I'll be bartending in Ennis on Jan. 9th & want to hear from YOU! I'm a Montanan, dad, coach, small business owner, & veteran running for US House MT-01. Join me & let's about the issues that matter to YOU.

I want to thank Colton for his endorsement and for being part of a generation that’s asking hard questions and demanding a better future. I’m proud to have his support. It’s time for change.

No family should ever be forced to choose between saving their child & surviving financially. We lived that reality when our family was crushed by medical costs during our daughter Madison’s fight with leukemia.
January 6, 2026 at 3:12 PM
This campaign exists because families like mine were pushed to the breaking point by a healthcare system that puts profits first. Real change doesn’t come from corporate donors or backroom deals. It comes from people stepping up, knocking doors, making calls, & standing together.
January 6, 2026 at 12:04 AM
Getting corporate & dark money out of politics only works if we support candidates who refuse to take it. That’s the kind of campaign we’re running. If you believe in people-powered democracy, chip in whatever you can today: rc4mt1.org/peoplepowered

It’s time for change.

Go Cats. Montana is with you! Let’s do this! 🟦🟨

I’ll be at Press Box at 6:00 tonight in Missoula to watch the game if you’re around, stop by, say hello, and cheer along with us.

So glad I got to spend time with the Lake Co. Dems at their New Year’s celebration. Lots of good conversation, thoughtful questions, & genuine engagement from people who care deeply about their community & our future. These are the moments that come from showing up & listening.

Thankful for the support from Montanans all across our district. It's time for a change, and this is how we do it!
January 5, 2026 at 7:08 PM
Grateful to John Dunwoody for taking the time to speak up and share why this race matters in his letter to the editor in the Bozeman Daily Chronicle.

I'm running for Congress to lower healthcare costs, make life more affordable, and be a representative who actually shows up for Montana families.
January 5, 2026 at 3:29 PM
Here’s a clear choice.

About 77,000 Montanans buy health insurance through the ACA & nearly 90% rely on subsidies to afford it.

Ryan Zinke’s vote against extending ACA subsidies means tens of thousands of families in our state will face skyrocketing premiums or lose coverage.
January 4, 2026 at 11:32 PM
Whitefish, you showed up and that’s how change starts.

Spending a couple hours behind the bar at Montana Tap House, thanks to Ed Docter, for Tap Talk With Russ led to honest, wide-ranging conversations about what’s on people’s minds and what they want to see change.

Yesterday I attended the Putting Patients First Town Hall in Kalispell, hosted by UAPD and supported by SEIU and Northern Rockies Labor Council, where neighbors across the Flathead Valley share their real experiences with healthcare at Logan Health.
