When my daughter Melia was sick, one of her medications cost $10,000 per month.
Even with insurance, we had to fight denial after denial just to get the care she needed. This is what families are up against.

Zinke talks a lot about leadership, but his voting record tells a different story. From opposing extensions of ACA premium subsidies to supporting Medicaid cuts & resisting cost-lowering reforms, his votes have helped keep healthcare expensive & out of reach for Montana families.

After over 32,000 miles driven all across Western Montana, one thing is clear: our healthcare system is broken, and families are being forced to make impossible choices just to get by. I know that because I’ve had to navigate it myself.

No family should ever be forced to choose between saving their child & surviving financially. We lived that reality when our family was crushed by medical costs during our daughter Madison’s fight with leukemia.

This campaign exists because families like mine were pushed to the breaking point by a healthcare system that puts profits first. Real change doesn’t come from corporate donors or backroom deals. It comes from people stepping up, knocking doors, making calls, & standing together.
