Run Level 4 = Not Defined
Run Level 5 = Multi-User Mode / graphical interface

For the curious. Why is my handle runlevel3? It comes from old UNIX SVR4 run levels, which Linux distributions mimicked for many years until the advent of Solaris 10's SMF and later systemd on Linux distributions.
