Run done. It was a struggle bus run. First run outside in a while and it was still cold. UGH. My lungs were not happy. But I ran, I finished. So, I danced.

Nothing fancy. Just 35 minutes on the treadmill this morning. First run since last Tuesday. Went slow but had fun. Was too cold for an outside run. Testing the stream set up in here. I think we can stream in here. Anyway, 2.4 miles easy. Have a great Monday! #running #rundanrun #twitch
