Exodus Cry, an org that is rooted in Christian fundamentalism, was previously exposed for requiring sex trafficking victims that the org “saved” to sign pledges of religious celibacy in order to receive material assistance to get out of exploitative situations.

DING DING DING exactly this. You can tape over an old light switch that always trips a fuse, but someone will always throw it eventually. Maybe even purposefully, if they're a bad actor.
On the MS side, I've seen dozens of GPO's to turn things off only somehow "expire" and turn crap back on. C'mon
