Since the SCOTUS is being “activist” by ignoring precedent, by ignoring the Constitution by writing laws, I guess that we can ignore their rulings.

They'll moan and groan about a scientist using averages to talk about Green House Gases but are totally fine when someone makes shit up entirely out of range of any average even when presented facts.
