Worse, they don’t want to be “boring” regular army—they’re cosplaying special forces “operator” in full tactical gear. Like Trump, it’s shaped by Hollywood.

Totally agree on his individual corruption, but for me it’s particularly galling that there’s a direct line from Yoo/Cheney and torture to ICE and torture regime of today.
