giving you a 25% chance at your azurill to change gender upon evolution? why did in base diamond and pearl there were only 2 fire pokemon, and then Flint the fire type elite 4 had everything BUT FIRE TYPES on his team? why does gamefreak and pokemon do FUCKING ANYTHING???? 2/2
