That’s the case for me at least and I totally was clenching my jaw until I saw this image lol

It’s really easy for me to internalize stress and physically tense up without realizing it especially since I have a lot of mundane things that trigger stress. So I have to like make a conscious effort to notice it and oh yeah I was clenching my jaw rly hard or tensing my muscles I better relax that
