Soup season! Potato Leek soup topped with bacon bits and green onions. Soup is one of my favorite kinds of meal prep. I can make a gaint batch and freeze into individual servings for when I want an easy meal. It also makes it really easy to share with friends!

Just one of my favorite places in the world. Finally open again this year after the surrounding area was devastated by a 2020 wildfire. - Shower Falls, Oregon
