when i was a kid, one day all these "Caribbean" people showed up at our school in a van. They came into the classes, showed us steel drums and Caribbean music etc. and we all got cans of Lilt. It was odd but Always remembered it fondly.
Years later it occurred to me it was a Lilt promotions team.

i'm the only person in our office who hasn't been out sick in the past few weeks. my theory is that its the nutritional power of Huel™️ keeping me healthy. but that theory could be the result of the lead in Huel™️ causing me cognitive impairment issues.

i have tried for about a year or so to understand and sympathise with prison abolition. i did reading and spoke to some people, but it just wasn't clicking. then i realised the problem was i believe that everyone should be in prison.
