Actually if you're on certain medication you must be very careful. These medicines cause a "fault" in your hypothalamus which regulates your bodies ability to sweat and thirst.

These are the wrist ones I normally wear. The elbow ones are just a bit too long for me so need a bit of trimming to be comfortable and not wrinkle up under the suit sleeve.
