I'd do some research but in my experience they are mostly universal. Lookup your chair and the replacement cylinders available. Hopefully there will be measurements. Then just find a longer one. They are inexpensive and even if you end up buying two it's way cheaper than a new chair.

If you can't give them a job walk them for an hour in the morning and an hour at night. Also you have spend so much time with them. People have all these issues and it usually boils down to "is the dog tired?". A tired dog is a well behaved dog. Pretty simple but People neglect that.
