At first I was angry at myself that it’s taking me so long to make peace with this, but now I am ok with it taking a while for me to get over it. I know I will eventually.

They’ve made it clear that it’s inappropriate for free accounts to request support. They will just direct me to the appeal form.
My strategy now is it flag post similar to what I would make for moderation and request that developers help the users.
