Implemented:
* ui manager/fabric
* turbo modules (app registry, app state, blob, web socket, tm manager)
* events
* renderer backends (skia/text)
* Abstracted UI widgets (image, scrollview, text input, text, view)

Skia is just an easy renderer for me to see it working. It also supports rendering to text, headless, and can easily adapt to others.

It is a react native engine that is platform and renderer agnostic. I have had working prototypes of this idea on and off the last few years. Put some work in a few months ago to see it come together.
