After looking at the pictures, it appears that the most forward tube on each side is staggered, not side by side. This would also help understand the door to door spacing on each side not being closer. Here is what my crude top down estimate is for the configuration.

New photos means updated sketches... and an attempt to figure out those masts @saturnax1.bsky.social Presumed port side shows hatches/hinges; so 10 tubes in total?

Saw some photos of S62 Sindhuvijay with an interesting feature on the exhaust ports. I would guess some kind of exhaust diffuser, so I've updated my illustrations

INS Sindhuvijay (S62) in Chennai spotted with what looks to be exhaust diffusers fitted aft on the sail covering the exhaust ports. Reminiscent of the ones seen on Type 209s. Neat!

What appears to be either the first or the second Hangor-class SSK built by Wuchang for Pakistan, undergoing trials. First hull was launched back in 2024, the second in March this year. Note straight sail, somewhat like 039A config, but with 039B weather bridge.

Some more good shots of the indigenous Taiwanese submarine. There's no question that the hull is, literally, somewhat rough around the edges. It remains to be seen if intended follow-ups are more refined.
