This particular workshop isn't free 🥲, but all the proceeds are donated to Ukrainian charities, so even if my talk is awful, the money will still go to a worthy cause instead of me. 🤣

I had a github action to deploy to shinyapps io fail because the action automatically used the latest version of R but posit hasn't updated their servers to support the latest R version yet. Not sure if it's the same problem you're having but downgrading the r version solved the problem for me.

I had a github action to deploy to shinyapps io fail because the action automatically used the latest version of R but posit hasn't updated their servers to support the latest R version yet. Not sure if it's the same problem you're having but downgrading the r version solved the problem for me.

Sorry I should have clarified by real time posting I meant they have a realtime monitor at an intersection that the public can view in person.

I'm probably going to make the border check change or switch to that other library of cities at the same time I make the touristy cities change.
All the empty space around the lights in the center makes me think this one is probably also a region instead of a city.

I had also been thinking about finding the center of the polygon and then creating a geometric square centered on it so that way the image always has the same aspect ratio.
