funny/silly kid Qs. My 16yo says he found a new very cool software package that lets him do a lot with video and photo editing, but he figures it's too expensive because it costs same as a streaming service. I'm thinking, "Which would I rather have my kid doing?"

This article (sorry, paywall) is interesting in that it talks a lot about the director, but barely mentions the film itself or how it's being received. I wouldn't care except that the implication is that this film is part of his comeback.

Such a misleading headline. The point is that if you drive long distances then (of course) you minimize the $ and environmental gains of a battery. If you do a lot of short trips, you maximize those gains.
